No refund of course fees will be paid if a cancellation is made after March 4, 2024.

We have a plan for this – we simply offer the course online rather than in person. In the event that schools in Denmark are closed, we will offer the following (this is what we did in 2020):

Students who wish to leave the course:

  • A full refund of all course fees paid.

Students who wish to remain in the course would be offered:

  • The course would move to an online format, which we did in March 2020 with resounding success.
  • We would offer additional support to students at no extra cost (hundreds of online videos, exam solutions, etc).

If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

As the pandemic can have large effects in Denmark, we will be following all social distancing guidelines as recommended by the Danish government. For example, we are ready to implement the following changes, if needed:

  • Spacing between students in the classrooms.
  • Study time in the classroom itself (to minimize student interaction).
  • Eating lunch and snacks in the class room.
  • Changing the daily time schedule as needed.
